With a custom character I will normally create a few different mock ups once we decided on some colours and design concepts the more idea you have of what you want the faster I’ll be able to create your design.
In the mock up faze you will get
2-3 largely different headshot designs | alterations / mix an match of the mock ups |
Once the head design is done you will then get
2-3 Full-body mock up designs | alterations and mix and match of the mock ups
Once the design has been created and confirmed
Clean version will be sent for final conformation
When approved the rest of the reference sheet will be finishedFor excessive mock ups 5+ there will be a $5-$20 fee depending on how many extra mocks ups needed that are largely different from any previous mock up
This is because each mock up can add on like 30-120 minutes onto my designing processExamples

These artworks are experimental as I am learning and changing up styles and techniques as I go. These commissions are at a discounted price and can take a while to complete. As of right now I only have 1 Example of a Full scene and 1 example of a mini painted scene.

If you want changes please please let me know I want you happy with your artwork so in the sketch stage please let me know if you want it changed

Changes to the lineart that are large like adding or removing clothing will be an extra fee to compensate for my time editing it

I work full time on top of helping out around my family house and sports I do. Please note there is no set deadline to my commission as I have to work around both medical conditions that can make motivation hard as well as my schedule.Payment TOS

I do offer people if a commission takes more than 2 months to complete you may ask for a refund. Depending on where I am with my commission you may have a partial refund.

I only offer refund before the line-art stage is started
This does not apply to sketch/clean sketch commissions you may only get a refund before the first wip is shown to you

30% of the commission is not refundable as this pays for my time communicating with you gathering references and my time drawing

I own all rights to the artwork

You own the rights to use the artwork for personal use like uploading to toyhouse or printing it out for a poster for your room

You cannot use my artwork for commercial use (not profiting on it)
Commercial rights can be bought from me

You can add the worth of my artwork to the oc if you sell it but for no more then you paid for the artwork
(You pay me $10 for art you can only add $10 worth to the oc not $20 etc)

You are not allowed to edit the artwork
If the characters design has slightly changed just dm me I keep all my old art files and I will edit for you

Removing my signatures will result in you loosing the rights to my artwork

If it was not created in my account please verify with me before you buy them they may be stolen (some old design might not have these so just message me)

Do not delete the oc off of toyhouse if you sold it to someone who doesn’t have a toyhouse transfer the character back to me and give me a way to contact the new owner I will keep the oc in my toyhouse until they want a Toyhouse or transfer it to someone else who has one

You must credit me when uploading the oc to other sites (like artfight) as the designer

You are not allowed to delete or remove the original design off of toyhouse. If you don’t like it hide the image but do not delete it

You must sell redesigns with the actual design from me

Redesigns cannot be extreme changes to the point you couldn’t see it’s the same oc

I request you show me the redesign it is not a requirement but definitely preferred.

All raffled or gifted designs or mine worth starts at $0 meaning you cannot sell or trade them and are only allowed to gift them on unless new art is added to their pfp

You cannot use my designs for for things such as hate speech, zoophila, pedophilia or other thing in similar groups just use common sense I don’t enjoy it and don’t support it.
